You can either go to a nearby cyber cafe to get a printout or you could even download it on your mobile and get it printed at a nearby printing shop. One other option is to go to the nearest Common Services Centre (the list is given on csc.gov.in) to download the admit card. And if you want to do it yourself then the procedure you have to take step-wise to access the admit card is described below:



First thing that you have to do is click on the "Download NEET admit card 2019" link. And then enter Application number, date of birth, and security pin and then click on Submit button. The NEET admit card will be displayed on the screen in downloadable.
