1) List out the concepts you are strong and weak at.By doing so you can focus on your strengths and make sure that you score 100 percent in them.
2) Talking subject wise, Maths is all about practice..the more you concentrate on accuracy the more it helps you. Starting your Maths preparation with Algebra, Trigonometry can be helpful as they are the scoring parts.
3) Physics is one of those subjects which students fear of scoring low. Once you understand the question, half of the problem's solution is in your hands. To do so you must be very good at all the basic and root concepts of physics whether it may be Optics or Thermodynamics. Concentrating on all the easy and scoring chapters can fetch you marks. They include Semiconductors and etc.
4) Coming to chemistry.. Physical chemistry requires just your basic formula application and solving capacity, though questions can be tricky they aren't tough once you get to know the concept behind it. Organic chemistry involves a lot of practice as in Maths. For Inorganic chemistry mugging up is all what you have to do.. though some questions may be out of reach(indirectly asked questions) they aren't un-answerable once you try to memorize.NCERT text book for Inorganic chemistry is more than enough.
5) Taking mock tests can be very helpful at times as you can know the concepts you left behind or the concepts which require revision at the last moment.
Hope this helps.
All the best !
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
Achieving 200-230 marks in JEE Mains is not hard, every year thousands of students score marks greater than these.
To be one of them Consistency should be the key.
It would be best to keep two of your subjects as strong one of which should be Chemistry since it is more theoretical than the other two and is highly scoring.
The third subject should also be kept as average since it can be could become your lifesaver if anything goes wrong.
Hope it would help.
Feel free to ask any other doubt regarding JEE Mains Preparation.
Thank You.
