Hey there
You have adequate time available for neet 2021. First of all try build-up your concepts in physics as most of the biology students start hating the subject. Chemistry is a scoring subject so prepare the subject thoroughly. As you are a biology student you need to focus on biology the most. As you have time you can complete syllabus before 4-5 months of the neet and thus you'll have plenty of time for full length tests.
Check the complete strategy for neet preparation
Good luck
