Physics and chemistry- physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants,but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly,understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too
Biology- in neet around 300 marks are from ncert text book itself,thats how it was when i gave my exam, so u need to thorough ncert first and then read any good book of your choice and solve as many questions as you can, always stay calm , cool and confident,hope this helps good luck

Practice with previous year question papers
By Preparing NEET with the previous year question papers will help you to know about the level of the questions.
Know the Syllabus: You should be aware with the topics asked in NEET entrance exam.
Biology- Ecology and environment, Genetics, Life science Cell Biology, Morphology of plants and animals, Reproduction in plants and animals, Basics of Biotechnology, and anatomy
Physics– Fluid Mechanics. Electricity and Magnetism. Optics, Oscillations and Waves. Thermodynamics and Nuclear physics:
Chemistry– Organic Chemistry, Chemical Bonding, Organic Chemistry, Acids and Bases
Make your own notes: This is one of the best ways to improvise the memory skills. Make your own notes as it will help you at the time of revision.
Revision: It is very important after completing one chapter you should take a revision to make your preparation strong.

Some strategies that you should inherit to boost your performance
1. Make you own time table ,other than that of coaching - Shorter and achievable small targets
2. Focus on limited books - NCERT + Some reference book
3. Solve MCQS daily in a time limit - Understand where you are doing most mistakes, Correct it, retry
4. Understand all options of previous year MCQS ...As EXACT question is not repeated BUT related questions are....
5. Have patience and be positive
6. POSITIVE SURROUDING - Discuss with friends who can help you stay positive not the one who brings negativity
7.Dont wait for the last few months to begin with mock tests. Keep the target of 3 4 papers in a week.

Don't worry, there's still enough time for you to prepare properly. If medicine is your ambition, please focus primarily on it rather than boards.
NCERT is the most important text for CBSE NEET which you need to be thorough with. Devote most time to biology, as it holds the most marks, ie. 360. Depending on your comfort or interest, you should focus on physics and chemistry. Generally, students tend to score poorly in physics so do not completely ignore it.
Lastly, don't forget to relax! Do not stress yourself out, pace yourself and you will surely get a good college.
