Read and understand the concept behind the different topics.

Refer Maharashtra Government textbooks of 11th and 12th standard of your chosen subjects. Also you can study from NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard and practice questions from them too.

After you finish each chapter solve questions based on that chapter immediately. Make notes of chapters and also make notes of formulas which you can revise that the time of exam.

Give equal attention to every subject as they are all equally important. That is give time to each subject everyday.

Practice multiple choice questions of everyday. There are many different types of reactions in chemistry which can only be remembered by writing them. So write them everyday.

Solve physics numerical as many as you can.

You need time (1 month) to revise everything. So accordingly prepare your timetable. Prepare a timetable. For everyday note down name and number of chapters to be done from each subject. Allot each subject specific time. Take breaks between 1 hour or so. Practice multiple choice questions after you finish a chapter. Some chapters are easy some are a bit difficult so give time to each chapter accordingly. Make notes of formulas so that you can revise before exam. About scoring 140+ query to be honest cannot be predicted. It depends upon various factors.

It depends. If a student is left with lot of portion then 3 hours is very less. Still it changes from student to student.
Prepare a timetable and see by when you are likely to finish the portion.
