Dear Anjali,
It sometimes becomes confusing and difficult to manage time with NEET and board exams. But it isn't because the syllabus is same. You need to be thorough with the concepts and read your NCERT books more. Each and every single line of NCERT is important because the questions come from them. For that you can use MTG books as they contain questions from each and evry line. Class 11th NCERT is also important so read it religiously. You need to be thorough with both the type of questions, subjective and objective. Self study is the key. Prepare a effective schedule and follow it religiously. Practice derivations, equations, numericals and solve mock test paper as much as possible. Divivde your chapter time like 2 hour per chapter.
Regards
Hey Anjali, first of all relax yourself you have enough time to prepare and I am sure will crack it. Start your preparation from NECRT books and go through all basic concepts. And make sure you are clearing your all doubt.
Preparing from NECRT books help you in the preparation of neet as well as your board exam.
Make proper planning of daily study , at beginning you can divide your day 1hr for each subjects and gradually 2hrs for each subjects everyday. Always be dedicated and enjoy what you studying and yes, you need to give more time to your weaker subject also.
Physics is totally logical based so try to solve it logically.
Biology is quite complicated to understand so you can memorize all the concepts.
Chemistry is bit logical but this need more to understand so , make sure you have good understanding for chemistry .
Maths is easy as well as complicated due to formulae so first make a good grip on basic fundamental of maths then maths you be very easy once you have God grip of fundamentals.
Try to give test at least once in a week. It will help you to bulid strategy , for the exam that how to attempt question .
And also try to slice previous years paper or models test paper. It will help you alot for your both exam.
Please refer your coaching's study material only if taken coaching and do make your own notes as it make your concepts more clear and build your practice level.
And, if you want to go for self study first refer NCERT books for both neet and board exam. Beside that I would tell you some other book that will help you. For chemistry study Balaji publication ,for physics D Mukherjee and SC Verma books and for Objective Physics DC .
Do practice as much as you can because practicing is only the way to crack any exam the more you practice more you will be able to get rank.
Note: Make your own notes and refer it on daily basis and memorize once what you studied whole day before going to bed at night wheather you have taken coaching or doing self study .
My best wishes to you Anjali !
You dont have to worry as you have lots and lots of time left.....learn 12 th portions thoroughly as they have 50% weightage for neet exam....soon after or as u complete 12 th portions....in ur free time during weekends refer to the eleventh portions.....If u go according to this...U can definitely crack neet with high marks....all the very best for ur bright future....do as many problems as u can in chem nd physics
Many students finds problem in balancing between boards and NEET preparation.
So let's follow the following points.
WHAT TO STUDY
An aspirant must have prior knowledge of what to study before he starts preparing for NEET or Class 12 board exam. TheNEET syllabuscomprises both the Class 11 and 12 NCERT curriculum while that of board exam includes only the part being studied in Class 12
DEVELOP AN EFFECTIVE APPROACH
- Candidates are often caught up in the dilemma of how to balance NEET preparation with board exam, as there is a difference in the exam pattern of both
- . The pattern of questions asked in NEET is entirely objective of Multiple choice questions whereas the Class 12 board exam consists of both objective and subjective type questions.
- To develop an effective approach, aspirants must ensure that they have a thorough understanding of the basics, a method which will help in answering both the type of questions
REFERRING RIGHT BOOKS
- NCERT books are to be religiously followed in order to balance the board exam and NEET 2019 preparation. As suggested by experts as well as toppers, candidates must be thorough with the book to fare well be it in NEET or Class 12 board exam.
- NEET aspirants, however, are also required to have a complete understanding of the Class 11 NCERT and can also refer tobest books for NEET.
PLANNING AND BALANCING
- Aspirants striving to balance board and NEET preparations will need to prepare a study schedule which includes time for regular classes and self-study. Candidates also need to put in a rigorous effort in terms of studying for both the exams.
WHAT TO PRACTICE
- Class 12 board examinations require candidates to elaborately depict diagrams, solve numericals, and equations.
- NEET, on the other hand, asks questions based on schematic diagrams, formulas, and numericals.
- Aspirants must practice all such questions on a regular basis in addition to studying the theory while preparing for NEET along with Class 12.
SELF ANALYSIS
- The most important aspect of how to balance board and NEET 2019 preparation is self-analysis.
- The approach of self-analysis for the Class 12 board exam will differ from that of NEET. While preparing for Class 12 boards, candidates must try and solve full-length sample papers and question papers from previous years. In NEET, however, it is essential that candidates also take up mock tests in addition to solving previous year NEET question papers.
Hope it helps.
Thankyou
