Hello Ayesha,

Let me inform you that NEET application form has been closed on December 7, 2018. You were required to submit the form on or before the last date. Once you registered for NEET 2019, the application number and password was generated to you. Using these credentials, you were suppose to fill the NEET application form 2019, wherein, the minority category was asked. If you have selected yes, then the system had asked to select a minority category you belong to.

If you have selected the minority category, then only you will be considered under the muslim minority quota from your state.
