How should we login for medical/dental verification slip

The document verification slip to participate in the counselling process can be downloaded from the link given below-

After clicking on the link, you will be required to login with your user ID, password and copy the security code. The user ID and password should be same as used while filling the registration form.
Candidates who have verified their documents are provided with a secret key which will be used to submit preferences in the counselling session.

Kindly clarify your query. If you have registered with KEA for CET 2018 then you can download your verification slip from your student login.
You can print your verification slip for Medical/Dental from your student login from June 26 to June 29.
You can refer to the link below for detailed information. Instructions for the candidates who have already verified their documents has been given.
