How should we manage distractions and time while preparation of medical entrance examination?

Hi Anjali,

See, it differs from person to person. Time management is something that everybody has its own way of doing.

Distractions can be minimised but not completely removed. They will always be there.

Rather you should try to focus more which will reduce the chances of getting distracted.

First remember that you should give yourself breaks in between your studies so that you do not get bored and do not get distracted.

Scheduled breaks will help you. Make a time table to study but do not specify the subject to study during a particular time. Just mention in a time frame that you will study. Not mentioning subject will allow you to study what you want that day and that time. But still do not stick to one subject.

Watch television and do something that frees your mind for a certain amount of time daily. It will hep you to boost your concentration. All the time studying will get you tired and bored. Stress level also increases.
