how students can participate in UCEED before getting their 12th results?

Hello sweatha shankar ,
Not only in UCEED but in almost all competitive exams students can appear without their 12th results and counselling happens after the 12th result. And if you couldnot clear the boards cutoff or fail in any subject then you will lose your eligibilty for the exam and you cant appear for the counselling.
