Hi Student

Role Model is a person to which another person looks upto. A role model can be someone from family or some famous person who have achieved something that attracts the another person following him/her.

Agood role modelserves as an example for inspiring, motivating students to work hard to uncover their true inner potentials while overcoming their weaknesses & to encourage their actions to gain success.

As said by Oliver Goldsmith,People seldom improve when they have no other role model but themselves to copy.

The reason behind this is that arole modelkeeps thr students motivated, inspired, tells us our weaknesses & ways of how to overcome those obstacles in life while moving on to the path of success.
