Hello aspirant, I hope you are doing good.

To get full score in organic chemistry, make sure that your basic concepts are clear , revise everyday because it needs practice.

Reaction Mechanism is important . Naming reacting is also important . Make sure to complete 10 years of this topic for getting the level of questions come in exam.

I hope this helps.

Sairaj, organic chemistry is probably one of the most interesting subjects in chemistry and if you can understand the very basics and fundamentals of it, then you can surely score a lot of marks in it, probably a full score too. First of all, you need to understand the mechanism of all the reactions, whether it is in the course or not as it will help you in predicting the mechanism and the corresponding products in any given reaction, then the focus should not be on memorising the reactions but understanding the concepts and the basics of the reactions ie which bonds are being broken or which are being formed, is there a formation of an intermediate or not, what will be stability of the intermediate, if formed, is there an effective steric factor or not, how is the electron released or withdrawn etc. So, never concentrate on memorising the theory, rather concentrate on how and why the reaction is taking place and what would be the affect on the reaction if we alter any reactant, catalyst or temperature conditions ie always be curious about the machanism and process of the reaction and focus on understanding the theory thoroughly.

Hello Aspirant

To study organic chemistry you need to practice all the equations and the learn all the IUPAC Nomenclature

Then study the mechanism effectively

Prepare for organic chemistry everyday and maintain a separate book for it

Revise everyday before going to bed

In this way you can totally master Organic chemistry and try scoring full marks

I hope this helps

Thanks
