I am guessing that you are asking about MBBS course in All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
To get admission in AIIMS you need to appear in NEET examination and then qualify it ,then participate in all India counselling in which you will be allotted a seat in AIIMS on the basis of rank obtained by you in neet.
Now,
To be eligible for neet
you must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2021 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

Though admission is AIIMS is through Neet examination but percentage requirement in 12th to be eligible for Aiims is different i. e

at least 60 % in aggregate of PCB and English in 12th examination if belongs to general /obc category
at least 50% in aggregate of PCB and English if belongs to st/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB and English in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible.
* to be eligible for Aiims 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021
