There were different colleges offering mining engineering like IITs, NITs, BITs and other private institutions or universities like VIT and other government colleges well, for joining process differs according to what college you join and IITs and NITs usually take admissions via the qualified candidates of JEE MAINS and JEE Advanced but due to COVID-19 pandemic the exams are cancelled the admission procedure depends on your board examination Marks for this academic year and for government colleges AP/ Telangana EAMCET and other universities like VIT have their own entrance tests but VITEE is cancelled and admission will be based on pre University marks i.e., board examination marks and about fee like if you could mention which college you wanted to join I can help you with the Information about it.

For admission in mining engineering, the candidates must have to pass 10+2th level examination with the subject combinations of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. There are so many entrance examination for admission in various colleges. But for IIT , candidates have to qualify the JEE Examinations.

The duration of this course is four years.

Course Fees - Apporx. 6 lakh. (It varies from different colleges)

For Diploma in this stream, the students have to qualify the 10th level examination and then have to score good in the entrance examination. Admission will be done through the merit list.

The duration of this course is three years.

Course fees - 23,000 INR TO 45,000 INR per year. (Varies from different Colleges)

You can do diploma in mining or if your 12 th passed then you can do bachelor of enginnering in mining. And for that you have to give entrance exam like jee , bitsat , viteee, cet of different states or management quota admission is there also. And the fees of diploma in mining is around 23000 to 45000 per annum and for bachelor of engineering degree in mining is 10000 to 1 lakh on the basis of your category.
