Read the synopsis thoroughly first of all, byheart all the formulas, and try to understand all the concepts and start the mcqs. Initially it will be little difficult, refer the solutions, try to understand and go on clearing more and more concepts in your mind as much as you can and this will take time but trust me at the end of this journey if you stay hardworking and dedicated, then surely you will be able to answer and solve maximum questions.

while you are answering a comprehensive type questions, you have to read carefully and mark the areas which would be useful for answering the question. however in jee main like exams , for subjects like physics, chemistry and mathematics conceptions of 11th and 12th standard should be very  cleared.  with out the knowledge of equations, formulas it would be very difficult to answer even for synopsis based questions.

also you must practice ample number of questions, follow standards books like tata macgraw, arihant jee mains mcqs books .

First try to idetify the question which is being asked to answer. Next you read the synopisis try to understand the points mentioned in it. Once you get a clear glance about the synopisis you can compare your question with the synopisis which you have understood then you can easily pick the answer which is required for the question.
