Hello Aspirant,
You can apply for Anna University's BArch course after pursuing diploma. The eligibilty criteria in this case is that the student should have pased diploma after 10th standard or equivalent 10+3 and must have secured at least 50% score for general category students and 45% for SC and ST category.
