You have to first qualify for National Eligibility Test of University Grants Commission and for appearing this exam you should at least have 55% in your graduation. The exam is conducted by UGC twice a year in the month of June & December. After giving th exam, the candidate will get rank and on the basis of that will get colleges to apply.
