First you have to clear NEET with good rank. And then at the time of counselling there is option that did you want to apply in AMU, JMU, other government college, deemed university. From there you can apply for AMU for MBBS

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) conducts the counselling process of AMU MBBS admission. You will need to register for AMU MBBS 2019 admissions to be eligible for the counselling process. The registration forms will be released from 2nd week of July 2019 tentatively. But you also need to qualify NEET UG 2019 exam to be eligible for AMU MBBS 2019 admissions.
