Hello,
Indian Airforce Group X & Y exam is conducted twice a year.The notification will be released in the month of January and July.Once the notification is out in July 2020 you can apply for it.The notification will be available in IAF official website for which the link is given below
https://airmenselection.cdac.in/CASB/
The application form will be available in their website, you need to fill the required details and pay the fee.
