Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is an undergraduate degree course in the field of Pharmacy education. The students those are interested in the medical field (except to become a doctor) can choose this course after the completion of class 12th (PCM/B). After the completion of this degree, the students can practice as a Pharmacist. Pharmacists can work in a range of industries related to the prescription, manufacture & provision of medicines. The duration of this course is 4 years.

Students who wish to enroll in the B.Pharma program must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Students must have completed their 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in order to be admitted to the Pharmacy program.
Students must achieve a minimum of 50% on the qualifying exams.
Students who have completed the three-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) program are also qualified.
To get admission into the Pharmacy course, students have to complete their 10+2 education & apply for national level or state level Pharmacy entrance exam. The national level entrance exam is Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT 2019).
You may also apply for state level examinations such as TS EAMCET 2019, AP EAMCET 2019, BCECE 2019, WBJEE 2019, and others if you meet the qualifying requirements.
For admission to various graduate and postgraduate Pharmacy program, numerous tests are administered by private and public institutions. Some well-known university level exams are BVP CET 2019, IPU CET 2019, MHT CET 2019, and so on. Few institutions provide direct admission into the Pharmacy degree without the need to take an entrance exam based on 12th grade results.
