Hello aspirant,

It would be difficult to tell you the exact score as the cutoff vary every year from college to college depending on various factors.

However, you should aim to score 450+ marks in the NEET exam for admission to best private medical colleges.

Then you have to appear for NEET counselling and marked your seat.

Some top private medical colleges in India were;

=> Christian Medical College, Vellore

=> Kasturba Medical College,  Mangaluru

=> St Johns Medical College, Bangalore

=> Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Lucknow

=> Dr D Y Patil Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Pune, etc.
