Good to see that you want to become a IAS officer but let me tell you that you can't become IAS officer just after completing the 12th you have to complete your graduation in any stream to be able to give Union Public Service Commission civil services examination to become an IAS officer.

SO firstly complete your graduation or you can also do one thing that you do preparation from your first year of graduation onwards so that you might be able to give your civil services examination just after completing your graduation.

Now here the question arises as you are also asked too that in which stream I should do the graduation and in which college. So let me tell you that for becoming able to give Union Public Service Commission civil services examination you need not to worry about any particular college or any particular course in whatever course you can do graduation and can give your examination and if you are asking for any college then it doesn't matter in whatever college you can take admission and can start for preparation.

Minimum qualification for UPSC exam: The candidate must hold a Bachelor degree from Government recognized Universities  . Candidates who are in their final year or awaiting results are also eligible to appear for UPSC preliminary Examination.

Most of the aspirants prefer humanities degree courses over any other courses due to the fact that it help them a lot during the preparations. You can do B.A, B.A Political science, B.A History etc.
