Hope you are doing well. I would like to inform you that there is no separate application process for JoSAA counseling. Just stay tuned in the JoSAA website and when the option entry is released, just login using your JEE Mains or JEE Advanced Roll number and password and enter the options. The counseling is free for all those who have cleared the JEE Mains or Advanced. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

Josaa portal has not started yet and it will start after the result of JEE ADVANCED.

There's no official announcement of date but expected date is 24 June. To take part in josaa open the link josaa.nic.in. It will be the official website of Josaa 2019.

In that portal login with your application number and password and then you will asked to fill the choice of colleges in the preference order you want it.

Then you will alloted a Seat in further rounds.
