Since , you belong to Maharashtra and want to apply for Karnataka government medical colleges , you can do it through All India Quota which gives flexibility to 15% quota in every govt. medical college. If you have a domicile of Karnataka , you can also apply through State quota which gives you a 85% reservation in domicile state or class 12 state. For all india quota , you need to submit the form which is available at mcc official website , and for state quota , the form is not released yet , you should refer to official websites for further informatiion.
