Under ‘LPUNEST Study Grant’ initiative students can avail financial assistance to study at higher education institutions other than LPU. In LPUNEST Study Grant 1st, 2nd Edition and 3rd Edition Lovely Professional University had provided a study grant worth Rs.8+ Crore to deserving students. Students from majors of Engineering, Management, Hotel Management, Law, and Design availed the benefits of this scholarship scheme. Any deserving candidate who Qualifies LPUNEST exam can get a study grant of Rs.1 Lac for study education institutions like IITs/ NITs/ IIMs/ NLUs/ IHMs/ NIDs/ IITs (DoD/ IDC)/ IIITDM/ NIFTs OR can get admission to LPU programmes and avail scholarship of upto Rs.6 Lac.

The procedure to apply for LPU Study Grant is pretty simple, But let me clarify something before you start the application.

• You can apply for LPU Study grant if you want to study in the IITs, NITs, NLUs, IHMs, NIDs, IITs (IDC/ DoD), IIITDM, NIFTs.
• You need to appear for the LPU NEST exam for the respective field.
• For engineering ( Top 500 students in LPU NEST will be selected for the grant )
• You can have the study grant taking admission in Almost all IIT, NIT, NLU, IHM, NID, IITDM, NIFTs etc.
• One student can get a maximum grant of Rs 1 Lakh  ( subjected to change )
• If you want to study in LPU, you can get a grant upto 6 Lacs Maximum.

How to apply for LPU Study Grant:

1. Register for LPU NEST (https://nest.lpu.in/) & qualify for the required rank for study Grant.
2. Take admission in any of the select institute as per the website (https://www.lpu.in/studygrant/) .
3. After you took admission in any of the listed institutes at the website, you need to Login at the LPUNEST portal with the registered email id or phone number and password.
4. Then went to the Study Grant claim tab, ( usually visible in the first week of August 2021 )
5. Enter your details such as: The name of the institute you got admission, select the course, and proof of admission and other documents ( Admission/Offer Letter, Registration No, Fee Receipts, Bonafide Certificate, Student’s Aadhar Card, Score card of Entrance Test (on the basis of which admission was done )
6. Upload the scanned copy of proofs and submit your details.
7. Then the result will be declared for LPU Study Grant, and you will be awarded with your study grant.
