Hello aspirant.
First way is you can apply through all India counselling to the respective college . In which state are you having state quota?
If you have state quota for Karnataka , you need to register with Kea (Karnataka examinations authority) to get seat in karnataka , if you belong to Maharashtra apply for Maharashtra board for counseling process.
