Hello student,

In Kerala there two counselling process, state and all india quota. According to keam prospectous, for non keralite students,

Non-Keralite Category II [NK II]: Candidates who do not come under ‘Keralite’ or 'Non-Keralite

Category I' will be categorised as ‘Non-Keralite Category II'. Such candidates are eligible for

admission to both Government and Management quota seats in Engineering course in Government

controlled Self-Financing colleges. However the ‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK II) candidates will

be considered for admission to the Government seats in Engineering courses in Government

controlled Self-Financing colleges only when the Keralite and Non-Keralite I (NK I) candidates are

not available for admission. ‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK II) candidates are also eligible for

admission to both Government and Management quota seats in Private Self-financing

Engineering/Architecture/Siddha colleges. But for Siddha course, ‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK

II) candidates will be considered only when the Keralite and Non-Keralite I (NK I) candidates are

not available for admission. ‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK II) candidates are also eligible for

admission to a maximum of 10% seats under Management Quota in Private Self Financing

Pharmacy colleges subject to fulfilling the eligibility conditions in clause 6.2 & 6.3. ‘Non-Keralite

Category II’ (NK II) candidates are not eligible for admission to Medical and Allied Courses

including MBBS in Government colleges, BDS and for admission to Government

Engineering/Pharmacy Colleges. As per G.O.(Rt)No.1387/2019/H&FWD dated. 10.06.2019,

Fifteen percent of the seats for the admission of students to MBBS Courses in Self-Financing

Medical colleges in Kerala are set apart for the allotment of candidates irrespective of their

Domicile as per the rank list prepared by the Commissioner for the Entrance Examinations on

the basis of the rank obtained in the NEET-UG 2020 conducted by the National Testing Agency

(NTA), New Delhi. The ‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK II) candidates will not be eligible for

Communal/ Special/ Persons with Disabilities reservation or any fee concession.

The following category of candidates will not be governed by clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above:

Candidates to be admitted in respect of seats reserved for the nominees of Government of

India, Administration of Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep

Administration, Jammu & Kashmir, candidates selected through the All India quota seats for

MBBS/BDS courses and candidates sponsored under reciprocal quota by Govt. of Karnataka/

Tamil Nadu.

So I advise you to contact the desired college authorities or go through all india quota counselling.

Dear aspirant,

As you are asking about Kerala so their registration had been closed already. It had been open for two times once it was in Feb2020 and another last month after neet exam. There are very less chances that they will open their registration for new students but yeah we can't say anything as counseling hadn't been started yet. You can regular visit KEAM2020 site and check notification section there that they had open or not. Last year cutoff for non- domicile student in private colleges were almost 38-39k(AIR). Talking about this year less than 570 is not safe as this are applying candidate (non domicile) are more for this State than last year. Tution fee for Kerala private colleges varies between 6-7 lakh/annum (excluding hostel nd other charges). These are some best private medical colleges in Kerala.

•Believers Church Medical College Hospital, Kuttapuzha, Thiruvalla

•Jubilee Mission Medical College & Research Institute, Thrisur.

•Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Science, Thiruvalla

•Dr. Somervell Memorial CSI Medical College, Karakonam
