Other backward classes certificate is made by State Government and not central government. For the purpose of getting OBC certificate you have to follow the mentioned below procedure:
- Go to the state social welfare website
- Select on apply for caste certificate
- Register and create an account
- Fill in all the details as asked
- Submit a proof
- You will receive application number
- After verification you can download the caste certificate
