how to apply for sports quota? my sport is roller skating and i have won multiple medals in district,state and cbse southzone and national.

Greetings!
Assuming that your question is regarding admission in Delhi University . At the time of filling the application form you will find a section of sports quota where you have to provide details of all the achievements.
Then later on you will have to go for sports trials.
