Important Notes regarding Stray Rounds-
Firstly, there is no fresh registration for Stray Round.
Secondly, the candidates who haven't received any seats in any of the rounds are only eligible for this round.
Thirdly, Choices filled earlier in the Round-2 will be considered for Stray Round for Seat Allotement.
