Now as MIT Pune and MITCOE has become autonomous college under WPU(World Peace University),its now not a part of cap round through DTE. You can register online to get admission on your jee mains score and Mhtcet score by visiting college website. There might be some sort of aptitude test and cutoff for that.The result and admission list will be displayed around 1 July. Also from sources it is expected to have special entrance exam from next year.
