When ever you are trying to get a job in a college you need to clear some entrance examination which is required. For example, in many state there are examination such as College Service Commission which conducts examination to recruit faculties. Apart from this there are examination requirement such as SET, NET etc and on the basis of those rank you can apply for the college.
