How to apply in MCC website? When I clicked the new registration bar, it is showing that registration is over. how to apply today then?

Hello,
The mcc councelling will start from October 28 and continue till November 2 .
So the website registration will start from today.
Visit the link " new Registration" click this option.
The security fee along with registration fee should be deposited together .
