Hi, if you have completed the course than you will need your passing certificate and course certificate. If you are studying then you will need your last exam marksheet and statement of transfer. For obtaining migration certificate you will have to pay 5,100 rupees to the university. Below is the official website link and all the details are given there. Hope this helps.
