Dear Aspirant,

Sorry to inform you but not all the states have this facility. To get your OBC certificate in most of the states you have to go to the administration department of your district and deposit all the required documents which you are instructed there. Then you have to wait for some time maybe a couple of weeks before getting your certificate. Moreover, there are two OBC certificates. One is state government and other is a national government. If you are planning for admission in central university then you need a central government issued OBC certificate.
