First of I would like to suggest you to re-tally your answers to official answer key released by NTA which is available on NEET official website. If you still feel something wrong in marks and rank alloted to you can opt for revaluation. For that you need to be updated with the official NEET website, the notification for same will be released there only.

When differences are there in the calculated mark as per NTANEET Official answer key and the mark obtained in the NEET SCORE  CARD one may approach an Indian court of law for such a discrepancy for revaluation since NTA do not allow revaluation after the NTANEET result.

Yes you can send it for revaluation but it has it's specified dates and you have to go to official website of NEET and check if there's any notification regarding revaluation.
