Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you can certainly visit the nearest D.S.G.M.C ( Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee ) office and can get the required document. The documents required are:
- Copy of Xth Class certificate.
- Copy of XIIth Class certificate.
- Two passport size photos.
- One photo of father/ mother.
- Copy of one photo-identity card (Aadhar Card/ Election ID Card/ Driver License etc)
etc are some of the documents.
