The personal interview round is where they judge you on the basis of your knowledge, how well you can present your self, your communication skills. You have to be and stay confident throughout the process. They also judge your confidence level and how correct is your knowledge. You can view videos and prepare for some question. Also give a look to current affairs as they might ask you 3-4 questions on the events that have taken place in the past days.
