How to avoid forfeiting of registration refundable amount (200000)?

Hi Tsrao,

I hope you are doing good. As per regulations, The security amount 2,00,000 will be refunded back into your account in case you didn't get a seat in any college in any round. If you got the seat in any college and you joined that college then 2,00,000 will be reduced from the 1st-year fee.

Thank you. In round 1, I got a seat but failed to report and in round 2 didn't get a seat. In this case, will i get the refund?
