Dear Candidate,
If you wish to be a clinical psychologist, you have to pursue Maters in Psychology, even if you do not have a graduation degree in the same. Unlike the other branches of psychology like counselling psychology, industrial psychology, etc., in clinical psychology it is mandatory to pursue MPhil in clinical psychology that will give you the license to practice in India. Remember, the MPhil must be done only from the RCI recognised institutes of India.
Hello Jasmine,
To become a clinical psychologist the steps are as follows -

Delhi University (New Delhi)
Jamia Milia Islamia (New Delhi)
Christ University (Bangalore)
Ambedkar University (New Delhi)
TISS (Mumbai)
Step 2 -
Once you are done with your graduation, fill the forms for post-graduation. At post graduation level you can choose your area of specialization.

Clinical psychologists are in great demand, though they are not paid for the efforts they put in during their educational years. It is also required to complete their M.Phil before they start to practice independently. They are paid 30–35k after completing their M.phil.
Hope this helps.
