Hello Sai,
Once you complete your class 10th, it's absolutely your choice which stream you want to choose. The stream you take doesn't matter as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria of getting minimum 50% marks in your 10+2 exams including in your graduation too. After you have completed the graduation, you will have to answer an IAS entrance exam which is an entrance exam based on which you will be qualified for further course.
