Now it is the time to prove yourself to all.
Sit straight in proper posture.
Be calm and go for deep breathing.
Remember jee main is not the only exam in your life, so take no tension and give paper with calm mind and full confidence.
Well my personal experience says that while in the exam hall dont try to recollect all of your hardships, struggles, your days and nights of studies. BECAUSE it may lead to an emotional kind of situation that can trigger your mind in a negative and stressfull manner.
You have to better be calm and ease down on your mind so that you can be confident on your preparation
Often nervousness leads to mistakes , so JUST relax and WRITE WELL.
ALL THE BEST.
THANK YOU
Hello Kartik
First of all, accept that everything is not in your control. The only thing which you can control is giving your best. To be confident, you just need to be well-prepared and less tense about the outcome of the exam you aim to give. Before the exam, take a deep breath, have a sip of water and tell yourself that you have prepared well enough. Calm down your anxiety and the thoughts running through your mind.
Hope this helps !
All the best ! Stay confident !
You can gain confidence only by solving a lot of questions and make sure that you don't leave behind any topic.Solve as many mock tests as you can before appearing for the main exam.Don't be nervous while attempting questions in the exam. You have to be very strong if you want to score high in exam.
Good luck.
Well, that's a great question.
Technicallyfeeling confidentis astate of mind.
It does not matter how many number of hours one has put in while preparing for the exam. You might have done say 6 out of 10 chapters, but then those 6 should be rock solid for you. Likeismain se kuch aaya toh main phod dunga, [I'll nail the paper if majority questions are from the 6 chapters that I studied]
But there may be odds that most questions are from the chapters that you did not even touch. In that caseBhai, kya paper tha, hawa hee nahi lagi. Paper ne phod diya humain
But in the end, what matters isAttitude, Keeping Your Spirits HighandBeing Positive. That's whatconfidencebreaks down to.
So yeah,Work Hardermaybe
And yeah, put on those earphones and put some great music. That works for me :)
1. Don't panic. Keep telling yourself that panic won't help and try to keep yourself as calm as possible.
2. STOP studying new chapters completely. It will NOT help at this moment. Revise the basic concepts and formulas, especially for the areas that are your strongest (yes strongest, not weakest). Make sure you get everything right in these.
3. Try some practice tests. A lot of them are available online with solutions. You could try the previous year Question papers or other sample papers at this time. The purpose is to put yourself through the 3 hour exam routine (preferably from 9:30 to 12:30) multiple times so that you feel comfortable on the day of the exam. (This routine is very important and neglected a lot.) Practice at least 3-5 (it would be ideal though if you get 6-8) tests before exam.
