Hello,

You must have the following qualifications. Two different agencies will conduct the exam. UPSC and SSC. If you want to become group-a officer you have to become IPS passing civil service exam, this is conducted by UPSC. For sub inspector job you have to take SSC CGL exam. There are tier 1 and tier2 exams. You should have a bachelor's degree under recognised board. Age limit for general 20 to 30. For obc-20 to 33. For SC/ST age limit is - 20 to 35yrs Salary of sub-inspector in cbi is 9300 to 34,800.
