To join the Indian Army as a doctor, you must study in AFMC.
AFMC stands for Armed Forces Medical College situated in Pune. Earlier, AFMC used to conduct their own exam but not any more. Now, admission is based partly on your NEET Exam.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. He/she must be a Citizen of India.
2. He/she must be unmarried throughout the course.
3. He/she should be medically fit according to the criteria issued by the Ministry of Defence.
4. He/she should have completed 17 years of age but should not be more than 22 years of age (24 years if you're doing a BSc degree and are in final year/have passed).
5. Achievement of atleast 60% in PCB and 50% individually in each subject along with English. Also, he/she should have passed all the subjects in their first attempt. Passing in Mathematics in 10th standard is also required.
Admission Process:
1. When you apply with your NEET result, you are required to take the ToELR test which is a computer based exam testing you in English, Logic and Reasoning. It consists of 40 questions to be done in 30 minutes.
2. The NEET Exam result and the TOELR Exam result are added and divided by 4 to get a score out of 200.
3. An interview worth 50 marks is also held.
4. A merit list is prepared according to the total marks and domicile has no role in it whatsoever.
There are only 105 seats for boys and 25 seats for girls.

All the best!
Hope this helps.
Armed Forces Medical College(Afmc) is a premier medical institute of India acknowledged as a centre of excellence for education and research.
The college provides training to under-graduate and post-graduate medical and nursing students with assured career prospects in the defence services.
Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune will not conduct any entrance test for admissions to MBBS programme. Instead, AFMC MBBS admissions will be on the basis of candidates marks in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) .
Candidates who will qualify NEET will be invited to appear in ToELR (Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning), a psychological assessment test cum interview. Thus, in order to participate in the admission process of AFMC MBBS 2017, candidates will have to mandatory appear in NEET 2017 and qualify it.
Candidates who will not appear in NEET are not eligible to fill AFMC MBBS application forms.
Among the total MBBS seats in AFMC MBBS, 105 are reserved for boys and 25 seats are for girl candidates. Further, 10 seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories.
Candidates marks obtained in NEET will be added to the ToELR score and divided by 4 to get an actual score out of 200. Thus, the score obtained will be treated as a final score for AFMC MBBS admission along with interview of 50 marks.
This must be noted that all candidates are eligible for admissions in AFMC MBBS irrespective of their state domiciles. Hope its help you.

Goodluck! Hope this helps.
That is not all, after you're shortlisted, you need to appear for a computer based test called ToELR (Test of English, logic and reasoning) along with psychological assessment cum interview. It consists of 40 MCQs of 2 marks each with a negative marking of 0.5 marks. The duration of the exam is 40 minutes. Interview is of 50 marks. A separate merit list is then prepared for male and female candidates based on the written examination scores and the interview.
You can also join the short service commission after you complete your MBBS from a MCI recognized medical college.
But it would be better if u study medicine from AFMC .
Then u will be a doctor with a post in army.
