How to become a government teacher?

Hey,

In order to become a government teacher you need to fulfill certain eligibility criteria,

  • A graduation in desired field with minimum of 45% marks
  • Should have qualified entry level exams like PRT, TGT in order to teach at primary or school level
  • Should have to pass the CTET or Central Teacher eligibility Test.

Note: You can also apply for your state exam in order to be eligible for teaching in government organization in your state.

Hi Divjot,

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you for becoming govt teacher you need to qualify BED exam or degree in your respective field and then a Masters degree is required in arts/Science/physical education/Commerce/Computer/language and then you have to pass Govt. teacher recruitment exam viz SPSC/Teacher Rect. Board/TET etc for being eligible for govt schools.
