Bank appoints legal advisor in two categories i.e. permanent appointment and fee based appointment. Candidate must have completed at least an LLB from a recognized university. Individuals with LLM can also be a Legal Advisor. Apart from bachelor degree in laws you must have minimum 50% score in intermediate or 10+2 class. After acquiring bachelor degree in law you must have some experience in related field. Years of experience differs from bank to bank and it is different for different post.
To become a legal advisor in the bank, after the graduation you are required to pass the Law school Admission Test (LSAT). And secure minimum 50%of marks in 10+2 board exam.
