Would appreciate Academics related question in the future.

Becoming a mass bodybuilder takes a lot of time and hard work. Being related to fitness and bodybuilding, the most important thing is the Diet you follow. In a perfect physique the 70% of it comprises of diet and rest 30% exercises and weight training. Following tips may help you in the path of bodybuilding:

  • Diet: Consuming protein in a good amount is necessary, one should consume 1.5 times the body weight protein per day. For example: If your weight is 60 kgs then you must consume 90 grams of protein each day.
  • Do not forget Carbohydrates, those are the fuel to the body, eat less fats and to improve your body leave sugar rather use honey or jaggery for sweetness.
  • Exercise : Weight lifting is must, focus on complex exercises like Dead lifts, Pull-ups, bench press as they target more than 1 body part. With this keep increasing your weights gradually that determines your increasing strength.
  • Try losing fat if your body carries that, through HIT (High intensity training) and cardio

Following all this with consistency and determination, will fetch you a nice physique. It will take time but you will see results gradually.

Thank you

Getting started

1 Find a good gym - you can get started getting into shape and building muscles at home with basic gym set up but without access to Professional gym facilities it's not possible to become a body builder.

2. Familiarize yourself with important muscle groups and basic anatomy - A body builder uses sweat and determination to train the muscles and sculpt the body into a particular physique.

3. Priotize your goals - It is good to sit down and meet other body builders and trainers to talk about what parts of your physique to work on.

4. Consult a nutritionist- every one has a different metabolism and will require slightly different supplementary nutrition for muscles building . It's good idea to consult a nutritionist to build a diet plan .

6. Figure out how to pay bills- Body builders don't make a lots of money  you will have to get support of some other kind of work to pay bills.  Like  become a licensed personal trainer  or get a job for which some bulk helps being a body guard, bouncer, a mover, or working in a warehouse.
