To become a flight engineer you have to get minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Class 12th Science (Physcics, Mathematics, Chemistry) from a recognised board. After 12th you have to complete Bachelors degree in Mechanical,Electrical or Aeronutical Engineering or in Mathematics, Physics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognised University.
Then you will have to join any recognised Aviation Institute obtain a Flight Engineer Certificate and pass the required medical test. Lastly apply for jobs

A pilot engineer, the actual term aeronautical engineering is available as a branch in many of India's advanced colleges.
There are even many IITs where aeronautical engineering could be chosen as a branch of Preference in your engineering degree. IITs like kharagpur, kanpur, Bombay, Madras have this branch to study with to get an aeronautical engineering degree.
Where as there are also institutes that only specialize in the field of aeronautical engineering. Some such colleges providing these degrees are IIST Thiruvananthapuram, Manipal institute of technology, Institute of Aeronautical engineering Dundigul are some such colleges.
