To become a space scientist , one should possess relevant education in pure science or engineering disciplines. ISRO recruit candidates with PhD in Astronomy, Physics and Mathematics along with engineers in disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, electronics and computer science. Candidates who are aiming for ISRO jobs should pursue their bachelors' degree in the above-described disciplines or related to space technology and physics.

Dear, u have a degree with BE/ B.TECH/ MASTERS OF SCIENCE or any equally qualified dgree. U must have 60% in last last examination with CGPA-6.5(if general) and for OBC u must have 60%with CGPA 6. U have to take admission in IIST , From there u can take preparation , and for admission candidate have to apply in online and also have to submit the hard copy through proper channel. And u must have a great knowledge in astro physics ,acrodynamics,or space field physics ..thank u
