Hi Faizal,

DGCA(Directorate General of Civil Aviation) has introduced GET scheme for operators who have requirement of a large number of AMEs. Under this scheme, graduate engineers are recruited by the operators and given extensive theoretical and practical training both in basic and specific subjects relating to the aircraft type operated by them. Applicants, who are recruited under the approved GET schemes, only those guys are permitted to appear in Paper I, II & III after satisfactorily completing curriculums of 1st year,2nd year & 3rd year. It's a good investment  for making a good career.

I hope it helps.
